BUZY's take on this product:The Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M5 is a cost-effective point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless bridge solution designed for outdoor deployments requiring reliable 5 GHz connectivity. Operating in the less-congested 5 GHz frequency band with 802.11a/n MIMO technology, this compact CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) delivers professional-grade performance for connecting remote buildings, extending networks across properties, or establishing wireless backhaul links up to 10+ kilometers. Its weatherproof design ensures dependable operation in harsh outdoor environments, while the included PoE adapter simplifies installation by delivering both power and data over a single Ethernet cable.
Perfect for small businesses needing to connect separate buildings, IT professionals establishing temporary or permanent wireless infrastructure, or property owners extending network access to outbuildings, the NanoStation Loco M5 offers exceptional value in the Ubiquiti UISP (Unifi Internet Service Provider) ecosystem. While this is part of the airMAX line rather than the UniFi controller-managed ecosystem, it provides the same Ubiquiti reliability and build quality that professionals trust for mission-critical wireless connectivity applications.

I got in touch with tech support and after 3 attempts going from my shed to the house I got it sorted. I did find I had to select the DCHP option then my win10 laptop instantly saw the network and doing a speed test saw 55Mbps so I am very happy with the product
