Shipping Policy

BUZY Networks ships Ubiquiti, UniFi and related networking hardware Australia-wide. We are a supply-only retailer and do not provide on-site installation.

Order processing & despatch

Stocked items are typically despatched the same or next business day once payment has cleared. Items shipping from different warehouses may arrive separately. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Free shipping & standard shipping

Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $500 (inc. GST). Orders under $500 are charged shipping calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items ordered.

Bulky & heavy items — free shipping does not apply

Free shipping is not available on any order containing a bulky or heavy item. If your order includes one or more of these items, standard freight is charged on the entire order at checkout, regardless of the order total. This is due to the disproportionate freight cost these items carry. Bulky and heavy items include (but are not limited to) uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and battery units, server and network racks and enclosures, large point-to-point dishes and antennas, and other products flagged as bulky or heavy on the product page. Where applicable, the freight charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Pickup

You're welcome to collect your order from our distribution partner's warehouse. Pickup is free for orders over $250 and is a good way to avoid freight charges — including on bulky or heavy items. Select pickup at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery areas

We deliver to most locations across Australia. Remote, regional and offshore destinations may attract an additional freight charge, which will be shown at checkout or quoted before despatch. We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery & inspection

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier where possible and contact us within 7 days so we can resolve it quickly.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Re-delivery costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order may be passed on to the customer.
