Due to increased email volumes, we can't answer requests for products that haven't been announced to the Australian market.

If a new product isn't on this site, we have no way of knowing the release date.

Supply chain issues have delayed the release in Australia of many eagerly anticipated Ubiquiti products.  Sadly, these delays are only set to continue for the foreseeable future.

Please forgive us in advance if we don't respond to "when is [insert product name here] coming out".

If you are interested in an as-yet unreleased product, we recommend revisiting BUZY Networks from time to time, using our ocnvenient search facility to see if the product you are insterested in has been listed.

All newly announced products, when finally available to be purchased (or pre-ordered) here in Australia will appear chronologically on this page, which is the easiest way to check for the latest releases.

If you have heard of a new Ubiquiti product that was released in the USA or elsewhere in the world; or a product that has come out of Ubiquiti's Early Access program, but can't find it here on our site, it is because our market region hasn't yet been given the green light to order these products from Ubiquiti overseas, and so it is not possible to give an ETA for any of these products until they appear on the site.

As critical component shortages and global supply-chain difficulties continue, even for regular catalogue items, we can only ask for patience for new releases, and check back on this site every now and then.

IMPORTANT: All our product pages on this website display a table with stock levels and ETA (if known).

As per the following example, if you see an empty table for a particular product, then we do not know when that product will arrive to the Australian market. 

Example - Stock table for a product that is out of stock, and has no ETA.

Please note that you can place a no-obligation preorder for any listed product that is out of stock, and we'll notify you when it arrives.  This can be useful for high-demand products, as preordering will get you in the queue.  Some very popular products sell out before they even arrive into Australia, so preordering is your best bet to obtain heavily sought-after items.

In the interests of efficiency, we regrettably can't respond to individual queries about availability for a product with both no stock and no ETA.

Instead, we respectfully suggest you revisit the site from time to time to check for updated ETAs using our convenient product search facility.

      • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification from our system. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us so that we can check that your order details are correct.

      • After we receive your order, we will allocate stock from the appropriate warehouses and submit the order to our warehouse system for picking, packing and despatch (for delivery orders), or for Click & Collect (in the case of pickup orders).

      • When the order has left the warehouse facility, our system will send you another email with tracking details. Please note that tracking details may not immediately appear on the courier’s website. Please allow up to several hours before tracking information becomes available.

      • We accept all major Australian credit and debit cards. This includes, but is not limited to VISA, American Express, debit cards from many financial institutions.

      • We also accept direct deposit via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into our ANZ bank account. If you choose this payment method, we will send you our banking details once you have submitted your order at the checkout page.

      • For large orders, typically over $5000, please get in touch with us to organise flexible payment arrangements. We may require additional paperwork, proof of business entity, and other documentation, which we are more than happy to discuss.

      • We take online payments and your security very seriously, and we partner with Stripe for processing payments. We now employ the highest level of card security online, known as 3D Secure 2.

      • Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order.

      • The best way to find out what the delivery charge will be is to to add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart, and then click on either the Cart or Checkout button. From either of those pages, you can see the calculated delivery cost, as well as other options, such as picking up from the warehouse in your State.

      • Most deliveries to non-regional areas average 1 to 3 days for stocked items. This can vary due to third-party courier schedules.

      • If you require products urgently, we offer a customer pickup facility at all 5 warehouses (stocks permitting).

      • For the fastest possible delivery to your address, please check that the item(s) you wish to purchase are available from the warehouse in your State. If the item(s) you desire to purchase are in another State, most orders will be sent via airfreight, and the majority of them arrive within 3 days.

      • For items that are currently showing in stock, delivery is usually within 2 days in major metropolitan areas where there is a warehouse facility – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

      • If you are in a rural or remote area, road freight may be the only option, so please do allow 2 to 5 days approximately.

      • All possible delivery methods will be shown at the Cart and Checkout pages.

      • Yes, we offer a pickup facility at all 5 warehouses:

        Sydney – Lidcombe
        Melbourne – Clayton South
        Brisbane – Salisbury
        Adelaide – Central CBD
        Perth – Osborne Park.

      • Please check that the item(s) you wish to purchase are available from the warehouse in your State by viewing the availability table for each product.

      • Due to an agreement with our wholesale partner, we cannot publicly list the full pickup addresses on this website.  However, we will provide that information via email once you complete submitting your order via the Checkout page.

      Yes. We supply an Australian GST compliant tax invoice with all paid orders.
