The product is fine, but I ordered 2, 2 were listed in stock, the confirmation email/invoice said 2 were sent but I got another email (after delivery) saying that the supplier only had 1 in stock and that’s all received. Took a few emails back and forth (disappointingly more than I would have hoped for until someone understood why this is an issue) to get my order/invoice updated to reflect this so I don’t get overlooked when they are back in stock. I now have to wait a month for a restock to actually get my full order, especially after every communication stating that I would receive 2 quickly.

You’re right, and we’re sorry. You ordered two panels, our confirmation said two had shipped, and only one arrived. You should have heard about the shortfall from us before the box turned up, not after, and it shouldn’t have taken several emails to get your order corrected.
What went wrong: we ship from our distributor’s warehouse, and their stock count showed two when there was only one. That’s the cause of the short shipment, but the slow and confusing follow-up was ours.
Your second panel is on backorder against your order and will ship as soon as the restock arrives. If you’d rather not wait, let us know and we’ll refund it straight away.
