How to Request Support

  • When contacting support, mention you are an end user who purchased from BUZY Networks.
  • Have your product serial number ready (found on the device label or in your UniFi console).
  • Engineers will assess the issue and determine if a warranty replacement is required.
  • If approved, they will provide a ticket number for your claim.

Warranty Replacement Process

  1. Send us the ticket number, and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Drop off or send the faulty unit to the nearest warehouse.
  3. A replacement will be shipped to you promptly.
