How to Request Support
- When contacting support, mention you are an end user who purchased from BUZY Networks.
- Have your product serial number ready (found on the device label or in your UniFi console).
- Engineers will assess the issue and determine if a warranty replacement is required.
- If approved, they will provide a ticket number for your claim.
Warranty Replacement Process
- Send us the ticket number, and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Drop off or send the faulty unit to the nearest warehouse.
- A replacement will be shipped to you promptly.
