TL;DR
ETA’s and Product Arrivals
The ETAs displayed on our product pages represent the expected date of arrival for products at one of our wholesale partner’s warehouses, typically located in Sydney or Melbourne.
If you’re checking ETAs because you have placed a pre-order with us, or if you’re generally interested in understanding how the ETA system operates, we’re here to shed some light on the process behind the scenes.
What can affect the ETA of a product?
A change in ETA might occur due to a delay in the arrival of the ship into port. Furthermore, the ETA might change or completely disappear from the page when the products have arrived, which is normal and usually indicates they are in the process of being booked into the warehouse for processing pre-orders. Once pre-orders have been dealt with, and if stock remains, the rest will be made available for purchase. This process can take a few days for large shipments.
We strive to provide the most up-to-date information about product availability in a dynamic marketplace. Our ETA data is refreshed every few minutes throughout the day.
