Let’s say you purchase one Ubiquiti product for $475. To calculate the cost of extending the warranty to 3 years, you would need to follow the pricing rule:

• The total value of the Ubiquiti product is $475.
• Each warranty unit costs $9.85, so the total cost for extending the warranty for 3 years would be 10 units * $9.85 = $98.50.

Example 2: Multiple Products Purchase

Suppose you purchase three Ubiquiti products:

1. UniFi Network Switch: $1,299
2. UniFi Wireless Access Point: $249
3. UniFi Security Camera: $675

To calculate the cost of extending the warranty to 3 years for the items above, follow the pricing rule:

• The total value of the Ubiquiti products to be covered by the extended warranty is $1,299 (Switch) + $249 (Access Point) + $675 (Security Camera) = $2,223.
• You would need to purchase 45 units of the 3-Year Total Coverage.
• Each warranty unit costs $9.85, so the total cost for extending the warranty for 3 years for these two items would be 45 units * $9.85 = $443.25.
